Abstract:
This invention is a device, which is used for putting the curtains on the cornice on the ceiling with their hooks (switch, brit). This device simplifies the putting on the curtains and can be used as movable. So people can put the curtains on without big efforts. There is a system as follow: the hooks, which provide the curtain to move in the cornice, are put the main body of the device on the floor. They combined with the cornice on the ceiling by means of the claw, which is at the edge of the angle converter of the device. With the vertical movement of the pusher rod the curtain hooks slip in the main body. They come from vertical position to horizontal position in the angle converter. So the curtain hooks pass the cornice on the ceiling without any problem.

Claims:
1. FORMAL REQUEST 1) It is the curtain attaching device which provides the curtains pass to the cornice on the ceiling by means of one or more curtain hooks, which is/are on the curtain, without getting on higher place or hanging of the hands of the person, who is attaching the curtains, with the help of the mechanisms of The Main Body (2), The Angle Converter (3), The Geometry Spring (4), The Curtain Hook Pusher (5), The Pusher Rod (6), The Handles (7) which are described below.
2. A mechanism which provides the curtain hooks to put on them to the cornice which the body has formed as squared or circled form is called as the main body.
3. Which called as the angle converter is a component that provides the curtain hooks to let them to cross from vertical line to horizontal line, between two parallel rails. Also it lets to attach to the cornice which mount to the ceiling by the claws which are on itself, and those claws cause to centralize these two components (The angle converter and the main body) So it provides easiness while curtain hooks are moving through the rail and angle converter to the cornice which is on the ceiling. The angle converter is produced with plastic materials.
4. When the curtain hooks pass from vertical position to the horizontal position in the angle converter, the force coming to the curtain hooks must be applied Perpendicularly. A mechanism that is a metal spring and provides the force transmission by rotation in the angle converter. It is called as"the geometry spring".
5. A mechanism, which is produced from plastic and is mounted at the end of the geometry spring and provides the curtain hooks to move suitable for the geometry of the main body and the angle converter. It is called as"the curtain hook pusher".
6. A mechanism, which is produced from plastic or metal and provides the movement of the curtain hooks from the inner of the main part to the cornice on the ceiling and the force transmission without bending during the vertical movement. It is called as"the pusher rod".
7. A mechanism which is produced from plastic and provides the holding the main body and the pusher rod by hand easily and movement of the pusher rod with centralizing. It is called as"the handle".
8. The idea which the curtain attaching without getting on a higher place and any dangerous. And the system, which applies this idea and be described in 1,2, 3,4,5,6,7 is the device.
Description:
DESCRIPTION The Curtain Attaching Device This invention is a hand device, which simplifies the putting the curtains on the cornice on the ceiling by means of the curtain hooks. This device is movable and it provides the putting all the curtains on in the house without any danger and difficulty.

The putting the curtains on the cornice on the ceiling is very difficult and people are in trouble for putting the curtains on. For example, with the known method, for putting the curtains on, person who put the curtain on must use a ladder or get on another thing to reach the cornice. This cause fear and exciting, so the careless behaviors or other reasons can cause accidents.

Even if the person overcomes the getting higher problem, to put the curtain hooks on the cornice one by one is very difficult while his/her hands are hanging up and time consuming. The curtains are washed very often, because if they aren't washed, they will be darker, smell, change their colors and have a short lifetime. This affects people badly for health, cleanness, and appearance, financial. But not the washing of the curtains, also the putting the cornice on the cornice is more difficult and more dangerous. The curtain- attaching device overcomes all these problems and provides people benefit and easiness. In the Figure (1), the curtain-attaching device is shown generally. The device consists of 6 main parts as follows : (1)-The main body (2)-The angle converter (3)-The geometry spring

(4)-The curtain hook pusher (5)-The pusher rod (6)-The handles 1-THE MAIN BODY: The main body consists of 2 rails, which are parallel to each other and have a split in the middle. It provides people to put the curtain hooks on without big effort and the curtain hooks are passed the cornice on the ceiling. Figure (2). The geometric structure of the body can be designed in square, rectangular, circular, ellipse etc.; measurements and the dimensions can be changed. The main body can be produced from metal, plastic or other materials.

2-THE ANGLE CONVERTER: The angle converter is an inter part which provides the curtain hooks to pass horizontal position from vertical position and it connects the main body and the cornice on the ceiling by means of the claws. Figure (3). The hooks which provides the curtains'movement, move through the angle converter and be transferred to the cornice without any difficulty by means of the fixing and centering claws (A) which are at the edge of the angle converter part. The angle converter part rotates the curtain hooks with 90°, the diameter of the rotation can be different. The connection point of the angle converter to the cornice on the ceiling has standard cornice width.

The rail surfaces of the main part and the angle converter are connected with the connection claws (B). So the surfaces are face to face and the curtain hooks move easily.

3-THE GEOMETRY SPRING : The curtain hooks, which are put the main body on, must be pushed until the cornice which is mounted to the ceiling by means of the pusher rod. But because of the 90"rotation of the curtain hooks in the angle converter, the pusher rod can not move. For this reason, the geometry spring is used to rotate the curtain hooks in the angle converter.

The geometry spring is a closed spring and the pusher rod is connected to one end and the curtain hook pusher is connected to the other end. The geometry spring converts the vertical force to the horizontal force and passes this force to the curtain hooks by means of the curtain hook pusher. So it provides movement in the angle converter. The geometry spring is designed to move in the main body and the angle converter part. Figure (4).

4-THE CURTAIN HOOK PUSHER: The curtain hook pusher is a plastic part which provides the curtain hooks to move suitably for the geometric structure of the main part and the angle converter. Figure (5). This part moves in the main part and the angle converter by slipping. For easy slippage, the friction surfaces of the curtain hook pusher are rounded.

5-THE PUSHER ROD : The pusher rod is a part that provides the movement of the curtain hooks. It passes the applied force to the geometry spring. It moves linearly in the vertical position with the mounting in or out of the main body. It is designed suitable for the structure of the main body. It must not deform as a result of force application. For practice, hard aluminum is used for lightness. Figure (6).

6-THE HANDLES: The handles are plastic parts that are made for people to handle the device easily and to move to move the pusher rod easily. They are on the main body and at the end of the pusher rod. Figure (7a) and Figure (7b). Another duty of the handle on the main body is to provide the rod to move linearly in one center by passing the pusher rod from the hole in the middle of the handle.

Description of the curtain attaching is: The pusher rod is pulled back until it can get into all the curtain hooks.

The curtain hooks are passed between the centralizing claws, which is on the edge of the angle converter part one by one without raising our hands. Then the device is raised to the cornice on the ceiling by holding from the handles of the pusher rod and the main body. It is conducted to the cornice by means of the fixing and centralizing claws. One hand holds the handle of the main body and the other hand pushes the pusher rod. The curtain rods in the main body are passed from vertical to horizontal (90 rotation) and the putting the curtain rods on the cornice is provided without any difficulty. By means of this device, the putting the curtain on the cornice is done easily.
