Abstract:
A curved liquid glass film bonding method comprises the steps of: (1) thermally bending planar glass into a curved surface, the shape of the curved surface being consistent with the shape of a protected arc-shaped screen and the degree of the coincidence degree therebetween being high; (2) evenly dropping liquid glue on the surface of the arc-shaped display screen by means of a fixture, the number of the drops being one, two or multiple; (3) by using the fixture or manually, attaching the finished curved glass to the curved screen that has dropping liquid and that needs to be protected; (4) the liquid has no bubble and is uniform due to the gravity of the glass; and (5) solidifying the liquid for bonding the curved glass and the arc-shaped screen by using UV light or heat. After the solidification, the liquid is equivalent to low-viscosity glue, and the viscosity is controlled between the 3g and 100 g, making it easy for consumers to make replacement later. In the method, the liquid is used as bonding glue to make the surface of the curve glass fully bonded to the arc-shaped screen, and there is no bubble and air between the curved glass and the arc-shaped screen, and the touch sensitivity is high.
