Abstract:
Provided is a cushion pin capable of applying a sufficient supporting force to a blank holder of a press molding device even when the number of cushion pins and areas where the cushion pins can be disposed are limited. This cushion pin (1A) has a cylindrical main body section comprising multiple cylindrical members (2), which are arranged in series in the axial direction, and annular members (3), which are disposed between adjoining cylindrical members (2). A rod member (4) and a coil spring (5) are disposed in each of multiple spring compartments of the main body section. The rod member (4) has a rod-like part (4b) and a flange part (4a), said rod-like part having a diameter such that the rod-like part can pass through an opening (3a) of the annular member (3) in a slidable manner. The coil spring (5) biases the flange part (4a).
