Abstract:
A permeation membrane (21a) is arranged at the boundary between a three-dimensional network structure part (11) and a foam part (41). The permeation membrane (21a) allows permeation of a foam raw material (40) in a liquid state, and by the foam raw material (40) impregnating the three-dimensional network structure part (11) through the permeation membrane (21a) and then solidifying, the three-dimensional network structure part (11) and the foam part (41) are bonded. The foam raw material impregnated into the three-dimensional network structure part (11) is solidified while in contact over a wide area with multiple resin wire materials (12) of the three-dimensional network structure part (11). Thus, it is possible to provide a cushion structure (100a) with increased bonding strength between the three-dimensional network structure part (11) and the foam part (41). Further, a bonded body (160) comprising the three-dimensional network structure part (11) and the foam part (41) is completed by simply performing a foaming step in which a cushion structure component (150a) is arranged in an upper mold (300a) and a lower mold (300b).
