Abstract:
This cushion tank device comprises: a cushion tank capable of retaining sludge and a pickling liquid discharged from a pickling tank; a discharge pipe for discharging the sludge to the exterior of the cushion tank, the discharge pipe being provided to the bottom part of the cushion tank; and an opening/closing member for opening/closing the discharge pipe, wherein, at the bottom part of the cushion tank, there is provided an inclined surface part that is inclined relative to the horizontal plane at an angle greater than the repose angle of the sludge with respect to the inner wall surface of the cushion tank and that guides the sludge to the discharge pipe.
