Abstract:
The cushioning material (100) is assembled by: bending a single sheet, which comprises a bottom sheet (1), a first side sheet (2), a second side sheet (3), and an upper sheet (5), into a rectangular cylinder shape and inserting second flaps (11a, 11b) and an interlocking sheet (6) in an insertion hole (15) of a middle sheet (4); bending each first flap (7a, 7b) away from the first side sheet (2) and bending the middle sheet (4) towards the first side sheet (2) to fit together second interlocking grooves (17a, 17b) with first interlocking grooves (8a, 8b); bending the interlocking sheet (6) to be roughly perpendicular to the upper sheet (5) and bending the second flaps (11a, 11b) to be roughly perpendicular to the interlocking sheet (6) to engage interlocking sections (20) with the first flaps (7a, 7b).
