Abstract:
A packaging device comprises: a thin electronic component having a small width in the front-rear direction thereof; cushioning members disposed at the corners of the electronic component and having a recessed shape enveloping the corners of the electronic component; a packaging box for containing the electronic component in such a manner that the electronic component is held by the cushioning members. The cushioning members are each provided with a protrusion located at the position facing a side surface of the electronic component. The vicinity of the top of the protrusion is formed so as to be separated from the inner wall of the cushioning member.
