Abstract:
A cushioning, a packaging box, and a manufacturing method of the cushioning. The packaging box comprises a box body (1) and a cushioning (2). The cushioning (2) is disposed within the box body (1). The cushioning (2) comprises a cushioning body (21) and a cushioning frame. The cushioning frame can be detachably inserted into a cushioning cavity (21a) of the cushioning frame. When the cushioning frame is placed within the cushioning cavity, the invention can be used to hold an item to be packaged (9) with a smaller size. Removing the cushioning frame from the cushioning cavity (21a) changes a space of the cushioning cavity (21a) used for holding the item to be packaged (9) such that the space can hold the item to be packaged (9) with a larger size. The cushioning (2) can therefore be adapted to hold the item to be packaged (9) of different sizes to reduce production costs. A frame-shaped structure of the cushioning frame and the removal of the cushioning frame can be used to change the dimensions along all sides of the cushioning cavity, thereby achieving a better fit between an edge surface of the item to be packaged (9) and the cushioning (2). The actual size and shape of the item to be packaged (9) can be used as the basis for designing the size and shape of the cushioning frame and the cushioning cavity (21a) to achieve a better fit between the item to be packaged (9) and the cushioning (2) and to improve a cushioning effect.
