Abstract:
The present invention provides a cushioning material comprising a non-woven fabric configured by bonding or interlacing metal fibers with one another, the cushioning material being characterized in that when the cushioning material is compressed, compressive deformation occurs and the compressive deformation rate thereof is 5-80%. The present invention also provides a stage member on which the cushioning material is positioned. Compressive deformation rate=(T0-T1)/T0×100. T0: Film thickness of cushioning material before applying load thereto. T1: Film thickness of cushioning material after applying load thereto and then releasing load.
