Abstract:
A cushioning positioning structure for drying a carbon fiber cylinder, the structure comprising: a machine frame (1) and sliding rails (2) provided on the machine frame. An oven (3) is provided on the machine frame, and a moving frame (4) is provided on the machine frame at a left side of the oven. The moving frame is slidably disposed on the sliding rails via sliding wheels (5). A carbon fiber cylinder (6) is rotatably disposed on the moving frame via a first rotating shaft (7). Upper positioning pin sleeves (8) are provided around the moving frame, and lower positioning pin sleeves (9) engageable with the upper positioning pin sleeves are provided on the machine frame. Pins (10) are inserted into the upper positioning pin sleeves and pin positioning holes to connect the moving frame and the machine frame. A servo reduction gear motor (11) is provided on the machine frame on a left side of the moving frame. A drive sprocket (12) is provided on a motor shaft (111) of the servo reduction gear motor. A second rotating shaft (14) is rotatably provided within the oven on a right side of the machine frame by means of a bearing base (13). The cushioning positioning structure provides effective cushioning to a mobile transport frame and chain, and further holds the mobile transport frame in place at all times to prevent shaking on the rail.
