Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cushioning sheet for improving body balance and blood circulation. The cushioning sheet according to the present invention comprises: a base which has formed therein a plurality of first through holes; a plurality of cushioning members which support the base, have formed on the inside thereof a first cushioning space for cushioning external pressure, and have formed therein a second through hole between the first cushioning space and the exterior; and a sensing unit which senses at least one or other of the temperature and the pressure applied to the plurality of cushioning members.
