Abstract:
Disclosed is a cusp-capturing apparatus and system, and an artificial heart valve system. The cusp-capturing apparatus comprises a capturing ring (10). The capturing ring (10) is spiral-shaped and is capable of wrapping mitral valve/tricuspid valve chordae tendineae. The capturing ring (10) comprises a core body (20), a first wrapping layer (30), and a second wrapping layer (40) sequentially from inside to outside. The core body (20) is made of a pre-formed memory metal and is used for conforming to the deformation of the myocardial tissue. The first wrapping layer (30) is a microporous membrane with a relatively smooth surface and is used for inducing tissues or cells to grow inwards. The second wrapping layer (40) has a rough surface to provide friction for an artificial heart valve stent (80) implanted on the mitral valve/tricuspid valve. The cusp-capturing apparatus can stably cooperate with the implanted artificial heart valve stent (80), and stably anchor the artificial heart valve stent (80) to an appropriate position, thereby avoiding the mutual displacement of the two in the cardiac cycle and reducing the risk of surgical failure.
