The present invention relates to a custom implant fixture which may comprise: a first fixture part having a first transverse section determined by a shape covered by an alveolar bone of a tooth to be extracted; and a second fixture part formed so as to extend from the first fixture part, determined from the position and the direction of a root portion of the tooth with respect to the alveolar bone, and having a second transverse section.
