Abstract:
The invention relates to a customer research compensation system, which comprises: a business operator terminal for a business operator member, a user terminal for a user member and a research compensation server connected to the business operator terminal and to the user terminal through respective communication networks. The research compensation server comprises a reward management unit for updating the reward issue details of a business operator account and the reward possession details of a user member account based on the type and quantity of the issued reward upon receipt of reward issue information to a user member from the business operator terminal through the communication network; and a research management unit for transmitting a survey to the user terminal according to the selection of the user member after issuance of the reward and receiving a response of the user member to the survey from the user terminal.
