Abstract:
A customer service analysis system of the present invention is provided with an input unit for inputting service data for a customer being serviced, a past customer service data storage unit for storing customer service data indicating the results of service for past customers, a fault/accident-related customer service data list storage unit, a homogeneous customer service data search unit for searching for past customer service data that includes the content of the service data for the customer being serviced in a high ratio as homogeneous customer service data from the past customer service data storage unit, a customer service unconfirmed content extraction unit for extracting unconfirmed content that is neither included in nor denied by the content of the service data for the customer being serviced from the homogeneous customer service data, and a customer service unconfirmed content presentation unit for presenting the unconfirmed content of the service data for the customer being serviced together with information of a fault or an accident for each homogeneous customer service datum to a service agent.
