Abstract:
The customer support control system is equipped with: a customer information acquisition part for acquiring customer information, that is, information about a customer that can be supported by a customer support device; a presentation control part for presenting customer information to a first operator; a support information generation part for generating, on the basis of an operation performed by the first operator, first support information indicating details of support to be performed for the customer by the customer support device; a support control part for instructing the customer support device to support the customer on the basis of the first support information, thereby causing the first operator to support the customer via the customer support device; an operator emotion identification part for identifying the emotion of the first operator; and a support determination part for determining, on the basis of the emotion of the first operator, whether or not the state in which the first operator supports the customer via the customer support device should be continued.
