Abstract:
A first opening/closing valve (2) and a second opening/closing valve (3) are both two-port valves. A first passage block (5) has formed therein a first opening/closing valve inflow passage (11) and a first opening/closing valve outflow passage (12). A second passage block (6) has formed therein a second opening/closing valve inflow passage (14) and a second opening/closing valve outflow passage (15). The second opening/closing valve outflow passage (15) communicates with an upstream-side portion of the first opening/closing valve outflow passage (12) via a communication passage (13) that is formed in the first passage block (5). An orifice (20) is provided between the second opening/closing valve outflow passage (15) and the communication passage (13). As a result of this configuration, the present invention can prevent internal contamination caused by backflow of fluid and can lower the frequency of valve replacement.
