Abstract:
A cutlery grinding device for grinding the tip of cutlery, comprising a grinding member (28), the grinding member (28) further comprising two grinding surfaces (50, 50), a V-shaped grinding passage (48) formed between the grinding surfaces (50, 50) and accepting the tip of the cutlery, at least a pair of strip parts (40, 44) having the grinding surfaces (50) on one surfaces thereof, and a joint part (30) crossingly connecting the strip parts (40, 44) to each other to form the grinding passage (48) between the grinding surfaces (50, 50), characterized in that, during the grinding of the cutlery, the grinding member (28) allows the variation of an angle formed between the grinding surfaces (50, 50) and presses the grinding surfaces (50, 50) against the cutlery.
