Abstract:

[Problem] To provide disposable cutlery without using plastic. [Solution] The problem is solved by disposable cutlery having a head part brought into contact with food, a neck part connected to the head part, and a handle part which is connected to the neck part and to be handled, the disposable cutlery being formed from a sheet material produced from pulp fibers through papermaking, wherein part or whole of the sheet material is compression molded through press working.
