Abstract:
　A needle (1) is held so as to be capable of moving in a moveable axis (Z axis) direction and incapable of rotating about the moveable axis. The needle (1) is configured from a first permanent magnet (1-1) and a second permanent magnet (1-2) magnetized in a radial direction, and the magnetic poles of the permanent magnets (1-1, 1-2) are arranged so that unlike poles face each other in the moveable axis direction. A ring-shaped permanent magnet magnetized in the radial direction is provided as a rotor (10) on the outer side of the needle (1). The rotor (10) is held so as to be capable of rotating about the moveable axis and incapable of moving in the moveable axis direction. Rotating the rotor (10) causes the arrangement of the magnetic poles on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor (10) to alternate between a first arrangement (the top side is the S pole and the bottom side is the N pole) and a second arrangement (the top side is the N pole and the bottom side is the S pole), causes the needle (1) to be latched in movement positions on one side (an SA side) and another side (an SB side) of the moveable axis direction, causes a valve body (8) to be closed in the movement position toward the one side, and causes the valve body (8) to be opened in the movement position toward the other side.
