Abstract:
A cutter assembly for making a tapered opening, and coconut opener, comprising an upper cutter holder (1) and a lower cutter holder (3). A first guide rod (6) and a second guide rod (7) are provided between the upper cutter holder (1) and the lower cutter holder (3), a first spring (5) is provided on the first guide rod (6), and a second spring (8) is provided on the second guide rod (7); two symmetrically inclined cutter through holes are provided on the lower tool holder (3); a left cutter (2) and a right cutter (4) are respectively provided in the two cutter through holes; the left cutter (2) and the right cutter (4) are set to be in an inverted triangle shape; the tail portions of the left cutter (2) and the right cutter (4) are respectively provided with two rollers; both ends of the upper cutter holder (1) are respectively inserted between the two rollers of the left cutter (2) and between the two rollers of the right cutter (4). Further provided is a coconut opener comprising the cutter assembly. The upper cutter holder (1), the lower cutter holder (3), the left cutter (2), the right cutter (4), etc. form an inverted triangular cutting tool, and the cutting tool is driven by a motor to rotate, such that a tapered opening is formed at the top of a coconut, a coconut cover having an inclined surface is obtained, and the problem of opening a coconut during soup cooking using the coconut is solved.
