Abstract:
A cutter (1) for a dough kneading apparatus comprises a holder (11) capable of rotating when driven by a power mechanism (2) and a blade fixedly disposed at the holder (11). The blade includes an upper blade (13) and a lower blade (12) integrally formed. The lower blade (12) is an irregular plate having outer side edges gradually converge from bottom to top, and the upper blade (13) is located on the top of the lower blade (12) and forms an angle of 90°-179° with the lower blade (12). With the cutter (1) of the present invention, entire dough (g), in the process of kneading, undergoes numerous alternating cycles of mixing-rolling and squeezing-tumbling, so that the present invention achieves substantially the effect of manual kneading.
