Abstract:
In order to enable information (3) the leakage of which should be prevented to be selectively discarded even when the information is shown in any portion of a sheet (2) and enable the remaining space to be reused, a cutter for information leakage prevention treatment separates the portion from the sheet by causing the peripheral face of a rotary blade (10) to travel while pressing the peripheral face against the sheet, and the rotary blade is configured by attaching a plurality of disk-shaped thin blades in the axial direction of a rotating shaft (21). Since only the portion in which the information the leakage of which should be prevented among pieces of information shown in the sheet is shown can be separated from the sheet, the remaining space can be effectively used as resources.
