Abstract:
Disclosed is a cutter suction dredger, comprising a hull (1) as well as a winch (2), a transmission device (3), a power device (4), a positioning fixing device (5) and a cleaning device (6) arranged in the middle of the hull (1); the power device (4) is respectively connected with the winch (2) and the transmission device (3); the positioning fixing device (5) comprises a first positioning device (51) arranged at the bow of the hull (1) and second positioning devices (52) arranged at two sides of the stern of the hull (1), the first positioning device (51) comprising a counterweight device (511) and a first positioning column (512); the cleaning device (6) is arranged at the bow of the hull (1) and is used for cleaning sludge and fouling on the winch (2). The technical scheme provides a simple structure for churning up the hard sludge in the river channel with the winch and conveying the sludge shoveled out in the tipper-hopper to the land or other transport ships through a conveying belt, thereby saving the working time, ensuring a good dredging effect, and resulting in a working efficiency far better than the existing dredger. The dredger has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, good dredger balance effect, and safe working environment.
