Abstract:
A cutter switching structure (1), a cutter assembly, a processing apparatus, and a machine tool. The cutter switching structure (1) comprises a toolholder switching portion (12) used for being connected to a toolholder (3) and a cutter clamping portion (13) connected to a cutter (2); the cutter switching structure (1) is provided with a plurality of axially-penetrating first internal cooling channels (14); and the cutter clamping portion (13) is provided with an axially-extending cutter clamping hole (11), the cutter clamping hole (11) being used for clamping the handle of the cutter, and the inner diameter of the cutter clamping hole (11) being configured to match the outer diameter of the handle of the cutter (2). The internal cooling channels are provided in the cutter switching structure, so that the processing difficulty of the toolholder is reduced; and internal cooling channels for processing provided in the toolholder are reduced, so that the stiffness and strength of the toolholder are further improved. When replacing a cutter, the toolholder no longer needs to be replaced, and the cutter switching structure is formed into a standardized and universal structure, such that quick cutter replacement is implemented, and the cost of toolholder replacement is reduced; the cooling efficiency of the cutter is improved, so that the cutter can be quickly and stably connected to the toolholder.
