Abstract:
A v-shaped cutter (20) comprises a center portion (21) further comprising a plurality of teeth arrayed in a v-shape. The plurality of teeth in the center portion (21) includes a central tooth (30) disposed upon the center of the cutter (20), a plurality of large teeth (31) that are disposed upon the array of the plurality of teeth toward both ends thereof from the central tooth (30) and spaced apart therealong, and a plurality of medium teeth (32) that are respectively disposed between the adjacent large teeth (31). An addendum line (L2) that joins the addenda of the medium teeth (32) that are positioned between one of the ends of the array of the plurality of teeth and the central tooth (30) is positioned closer to the dedenda of the large teeth (31) and the medium teeth (32) than an addendum line (L1) that joins the addenda of the large teeth (31) that are positioned between the same end of the array of the plurality of teeth as that of the line (L2) and the central tooth (30). The addendum of the central tooth (30) is positioned between the addendum lines (L1, L2) and is preferably positioned upon an addendum line (L3) that joins the addenda of the two large teeth (31) that are closest to the central tooth (30) on either side thereof.
