Abstract:

A cutter according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with a blade including a base portion and a cutting edge portion which is disposed along an end portion of the base portion and which is connected to the end portion. The base portion includes a first metal. The cutting edge portion includes a second metal and a plurality of hard particles having higher hardness than the second metal. A cutter according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with a blade including a base portion and a cutting edge portion which is disposed along an end portion of the base portion and which is connected to the end portion. The base portion includes a first metal as a principal component. The cutting edge portion includes a second metal as a principal component which has lower hardness than the first metal.
