Abstract:
A cutting bit of a gang saw for slant cutting granite and quartzite using a saw blade, and a formulation thereof. The cutting bit is of a novel structure, and effectively resolves gradient change of the hardness and the soft or hard degree of the whole structure by means of a different mode of the synthesis hardness of metal powder of a cutting bit matrix and ingredients and the volume concentration ratio of diamond (4), such that the hardness requirements for slant cutting mechanical equipment are guaranteed during a cutting process while effective cutting of granite and quartzite is achieved, thereby overcoming the defects of conventional cutting approaches. Therefore, the beneficial effect is actually providing a cutting bit capable of slant cutting granite and quartzite using a saw blade and providing smooth and thin cut stone, and having high efficiency, high yield, and low costs.
