A cutting device for knitted sock production, comprising a frame (1), a housing (2), a cover (3), a toothed belt (4), a first spring (5), a shock absorbing plate (6), a second rotating wheel (25), and a motor (26), the frame (1) being fixed at one side of the outer wall of the housing (2), and the motor (26) being mounted at one end of the frame (1); a fixing rod (14) is mounted inside a support post (16), and a second spring (15) connects the fixing rod (14) to one side of the inner wall of the support post (16); a rotary disc (13) is fixed at one end of the fixing rod (14); a first fan (12) is fixed above the rotary disc (13). Said device implements three-dimensional cutting and can achieve a plurality of required cutting dimensions by means of the toothed belt (4) connecting a first rotating wheel (23) to the second rotating wheel (25), and can provide a relatively clean working environment by collecting lint; a first fan (12) is provided, and can extend out of the housing (2) to dissipate heat in a multi-directional manner when the ambient temperature of said device is excessively high; shock absorbing and noise reducing can be realized by means of the first spring (5) and the shock absorbing plate (6) during operation of said device; and said device can be moved by means of casters (75).
