Abstract:
A cutting device for bone-in meat according to one embodiment comprises: at least a pair of cutting blades which are disposed on either side of a conveyance pathway for bone-in meat; and an elastic support part for elastically supporting the cutting blades so as to enable the cutting blades to be retracted as a result of an opposing force applied to the cutting blades at the time of cutting. The pair of cutting blades are disposed such that at least the blade tip portions thereof will overlap each other on the conveyance pathway when viewed from the conveyance direction of the bone-in meat.
