Abstract:
A cutting device for noodle production, capable of minimizing breakage of scraping teeth of a scraper and reducing the possibility of noodles being caught at the position at which the scraper is fixed.
A cutting device for noodle production, provided with: a housing (50); a first cutting blade roll (10a) having first groove sections (16a); a second cutting blade roll (10b) having second groove sections (16b); a first scraper (30a) having first scraping teeth (32a) inserted and disposed in the first groove sections (16a) and fixed at a first fixing position (53a) to the housing (50); a second scraper (40a) having second scraping teeth (42a); a third scraper (30b) having third scraping teeth (32b) and fixed at a second fixing position (54a) to the housing (50); and a fourth scraper (40b) having fourth scraping teeth (42b). The first scraper (30a) has a first pass-through hole (35a), the third scraper (30b) has a second pass-through hole (35b), the first fixing position (53a) is located further toward the outer side (HX) than the position of second tooth tips (44a), and the third fixing position (53b) is located further toward the outer side (HX) than the position of fourth tooth tips (44b).
