Abstract:
The disclosed cutting insert comprises: a top surface and a bottom surface, each having first side parts, second side parts, and corner parts located between the first and second side parts; side surfaces located between the top surface and the bottom surface; and cutting blades located at intersection line parts of the top surface and the side surfaces. The cutting blades comprise: first cutting edges which are located at the corner parts; and second cutting edges which adjoin the first cutting edges and are located on the first side parts. The height of the first cutting edges with respect to the bottom surface is fixed. The second cutting edges tilt further away from the bottom surface as the distance from the corner part increases.
