Abstract:
In the present invention, a cutting process is performed on a material being cut under a broad range of processing conditions. A first rising surface neighbors a cutting part via a first surface, the first rising surface being inclined upward in association with increasing distance from the first surface in a direction that follows a central axis, and becoming more distant from the central axis in association with increasing proximity to the trailing end of a body. A second rising surface extends toward the trailing end of the body from a second surface and is inclined upward in association with increasing distance from the second surface in the direction that follows the central axis. The trailing end of the first rising surface is closer to the trailing end of the body than is the leading end of the second rising surface in the direction that follows the central axis.
