Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cutting jig which can easily change, during a cutting process, the rolling direction of a cutting cutter wheel to a direction in which a virtual end cut line at an edge portion of a glass plate extends, without using a θ-axis servo motor or a transmission member (such as a pulley and a belt). [Solution] In each of a first and a second cutting jigs (cutting jig) according to the present invention, a vertically extending cutter wheel axis of a cutting cutter wheel decenters radially outward relative to a vertically extending cutter holder center axis of a cutting cutter holder, and the cutting cutter wheel is rotatable 360° around the cutter wheel axis with respect to the cutting cutter holder. Each of the first and second cutting jigs (cutting jig) slightly travels on the upper surface, at an edge portion, of a glass plate in parallel thereto and in a prescribed direction, whereby the cutting cutter wheel being in contact with the upper surface, at the edge portion, of the glass plate rotates around the cutter wheel axis, and the rolling direction of the cutting cutter wheel coincides with the travelling direction of the cutting jig.
