Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent registration-mark reading errors and decreases in the efficiency of a cutting operation. This cutting system (100) has: a frame recognition unit (11) that creates a frame around a plotted object; a registration-mark setting unit (12) that sets a registration-mark shape and the like on the basis of the frame created by the frame recognition unit (11); a recommended registration-mark size selection unit (13) that automatically sets a registration-mark size; and a registration-mark size table (14) that stores, as a table, frame sizes and a recommended registration-mark size for each frame size. When a user presses an automatic registration-mark size setting button (23), the recommended registration-mark size selection unit (13) refers to the registration-mark size table (14) and sets the recommended registration-mark size as the registration-mark size for the frame in question. This prevents the creation of registration marks that cause reading errors and prevents decreases in work efficiency caused by reading errors.
