Abstract:
The cutting tip according to the present invention is provided to a main shaft part so as to protrude in a first direction from the outer peripheral surface of the main shaft part, and is used when cutting a groove in the inner peripheral surface of an object to be cut, wherein: the cutting tip has a plurality of blade parts layered in the first direction; each of the blade parts comprises a first end section that is one end section from among end sections in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a second end section that is the other end section among the end sections in the second direction, and a cutting blade that is provided to the first end part and cuts the object to be cut; and the cutting tip is configured such that, when two of the blade parts that are adjacent in the first direction are compared, the tip end of the cutting blade provided to the first end section of the blade part that is further from the main shaft part is disposed closer to the second end section than is the tip end of the cutting blade provided to the first end section of the blade part that is closer to the main shaft part.
