Abstract:
Disclosed are a cutting tool and a tool bit structure (100) thereof. The tool bit structure (100) comprises a cutting edge part (2), wherein the cutting edge part (2) comprises a cutting main body (21); an outer surface of the cutting main body (21) is a forward-protruding arc surface; the outer surface of the cutting main body (21) is provided with a first cutting edge (22) and at least two second cutting edges (23); the first cutting edge (22) extends from one side of the cutting main body (21) to a top area thereof, and then extends to the other side of the cutting main body (21); the second cutting edges (23) are respectively arranged on two sides of the first cutting edge (22); a first chip groove (24) is defined between the first cutting edge (22) and the second cutting edge (23) adjacent thereto; and the width of the first chip groove (24) is gradually increased from the top area of the cutting main body (21) to two ends thereof. The beneficial effects thereof are: the machining precision being high, the machining stability being high, the chip removal performance being good, and the service life of the tool being greatly prolonged.
