Abstract:
A fixed/movable cutting tool rest provided at the fixed/movable cutting tool supporting sections (41, 51) is divided vertically into fixed/movable cutting tool rests on the upper and lower stages, and a recess is provided in the combination surface between the fixed/movable cutting tool supporting sections and the fixed/movable cutting tool rests on the upper and lower stages. The device is attached through a spacer (10) provided in the recess, and a fixing bolt (12) which is screwed to the fixed/movable cutting tool supporting section and the fixed/movable cutting tool rests on the upper and lower stages such that it can be removed by unscrewing the fixing bolt. Bonding surfaces of the fixed/movable cutting tool rests on the upper and lower stages can be fitted at the time of attachment.
