Abstract:
A cutting tool according to the present disclosure is provided with: a holder, which has a shape that extends from a first end (3a) to a second end (3b) and has a flow channel (19) and a pocket (9) located toward the first end; and an insert (5) located in said pocket. The flow channel has a first channel (29) and a second channel (31). The first channel has a first opening (23) that is located toward the first end and located above the insert. The second channel has a second opening (25) that is located toward the first end and located above the first opening. A first imaginary line (L1) of the first channel and a second imaginary line (L2) of the second channel intersect at (P) above the insert. A method for manufacturing machined workpieces using said cutting tool is provided.
