Abstract:
A cutting tool according to a non-limiting aspect of the present disclosure has a rod-shaped holder and a cutting insert attached to the holder. The holder has a first member that has a first uneven surface, a second member that has a second uneven surface which fits with the first uneven surface, and a fixing screw that fixes the second member to the first member. The second member has an upper jaw section, a lower jaw section, a pocket, a connection section positioned on the rear end side and including the second uneven surface, and a slit located between the upper jaw section and the connection section. The lower jaw section is fixed to the connection section. The upper jaw section is separated from the connection section via the slit.
