Abstract:
The present invention provides a cutting tool, comprising: a shell; a motor accommodated in the shell and configured to drive a saw blade to rotate, the saw blade having a saw blade plane; and a bottom plate connected to the shell. The bottom plate comprises a first bottom plate having a first bottom surface and a second bottom plate having a second bottom surface. An abutment surface coplanar with the saw blade plane is provided on the second bottom plate. The first bottom plate is movably connected to the second bottom plate by means of a cam connection mechanism. The cam connection mechanism comprises a cam portion abutted against the second bottom plate. The cam portion is rotatably connected to the first bottom plate. The cam portion rotates to drive the second bottom plate to move with respect to the first bottom plate, to expose the abutment surface. Compared with the prior art, the cutting tool provided by the present invention prompts the second bottom plate to move with respect to the first bottom plate by abutting the second bottom plate against the cam portion, and is provided with a locking mechanism, so that when the second bottom plate moves to the second position, the abutment surface is maintained to be coplanar with the saw blade plane in the case of requiring the abutment surface to be matched with a guide device to realize a cutting operation.
