Title:
CYANURIC ACID DERIVATIVE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING MELAMINE USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/029955
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for simply and quickly detecting melamine with high sensitivity, and a fluorescent compound necessary for detection. [Solution] The cyanuric acid derivative represented by general formula (1) (wherein: A represents an n-valent residue excluding n hydrogen atoms from a conjugated compound A'; B either represents a single bond, or represents an alkylene group with 1 to 9 carbon atoms, which may be broken up by 1 to 3 oxygen atoms (the alkylene group may be substituted with a halogen atom or a substituent of no more than 7 carbon atoms); and n is a positive integer that satisfies 2 ≤ n ≤ 8), and a method for detecting melamine characterized by using the cyanuric acid derivative.
