Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biological medicines. Disclosed are a cyclic dinucleotide metal compound, and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The structural formula of the compound is [M(cyclic dinucleotide)] or [M'2(cyclic dinucleotide)], wherein M is Mg2+, Zn2+, Mn2+ or Fe2+, M' is Li+, and the cyclic dinucleotide is any one of 2'3'-cGAMP, c-di-AMP, c-di-GMP, c-di-IMP, c-GMP-IMP and derivatives thereof. The cyclic dinucleotide metal compound has a longer in-vivo metabolic cycle and better in-vivo stability; compared with the cyclic dinucleotide per se, the cyclic dinucleotide metal compound exhibits more remarkable anti-disease activity; the cyclic dinucleotide metal compound has the advantages of a simple structure and a wide application prospect in preparation for anti-disease drugs.
