Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reaction. The present invention also provides a novel cycloalkyne derivative having a spiro ring as a cycloalkyne derivative that can be used in SPAAC. The present invention also provides a method for producing a conjugate of a functional molecule using the cycloalkyne derivative.
