Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of biological medical high-molecular polymer materials, and discloses a β-cyclodextrin-based star polymer and a preparation method therefor, and a single-molecule micelle integrated diagnosis and treatment system based on the star polymer and use thereof. The polymer has a structure shown in formula (I), wherein x = 4-15, y = 3-20, and z = 10-30. The proportion of various blocks of the polymer can be easily adjusted, and a mono-dispersed single-molecule micelle having a stable structure can be prepared. Also provided are gold nanoparticles having a small particle size and good stability prepared in situ based on the above-mentioned polymer single-molecule micelle system. Also provided is a preparation technology based on the above-mentioned polymer single-molecule micelle system, which can be efficiently loaded with both the gold nanoparticles and a hydrophobic drug, realize a combination of tumour imaging diagnosis and tumour chemotherapy, improve cancer treatment efficiency, and provide value to the integrated diagnosis and treatment system.
