Abstract:
A cyclodextrin-metal organic framework composition for improving the solubility of valsartan, comprising: (a) a cyclodextrin-metal organic framework material; and (b) valsartan loaded on the framework material. In the composition of the present invention, valsartan is loaded on the cyclodextrin-metal organic framework material. The composition may significantly improve the solubility and dissolution rate of valsartan in water, and solve the problems of poor drug solubility and low oral bioavailability of valsartan. The raw materials and solvents used in preparing the composition are cheap and easy to obtain, and the steps are simple, which is advantageous for industrial production.
