Abstract:
A cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion device, comprising a boiler furnace (13), two vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinders (1), fans (8) and connection pipelines (15). Two sides of the boiler furnace (13) are respectively connected to the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinders (1) through the fans (8) and the connection pipelines (15). At a side of the connection pipeline (15) near to the boiler furnace (13) side is provided a tertiary tangential air inlet (9). At an upper wall of the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1) is provided a primary tangential air inlet (2). At a center portion is provided a guide pipe (4) having a diameter 1/3 of the inner diameter of the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1), and a length 3/4 of the length of the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1). The guide pipe (4) is composed of an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion provided inside the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1) has a length 2/3 of the total length, and the outer portion provided outside the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1) has a length 1/3 of the total length. The upper end of the guide pipe (4) is connected to one side of the fan (8), and the other side of the fan (8) is connected via the connection pipeline (15) to a side of the boiler furnace (13). The lower end part of the guide pipe (4) is provided with a flared inlet (10). The upper end inner diameter of the flared inlet (10) is the same as that of the guide pipe (4), and the lower end inner diameter of the flared inlet (10) is two times that of the inner diameter of the guide pipe (4). A lower side of the vertical cyclone coarse coal powder gasification combustion cylinder (1) is provided with an inlet air chamber (7). At a side wall center portion of the inlet air chamber (7) at a side away from the boiler furnace (13) is provided a secondary air inlet (3). A side of the inlet air chamber (7) near the boiler furnace (13) is connected thereto through a refractory flue (12) and a boiler flue (14). The combustion device ensures later stage burning, improved boiler efficiency, and reduced generation of nitrogen oxides.
