Abstract:
A cyclone dust collector for gravel production, comprising a bottom plate (1). A bracket (2) is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate (1); a cyclone dust collector (3) is fixedly connected to the inner side of the bracket (2); a discharge pipe (4) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cyclone dust collector (3); an extension pipe (5) is spirally connected to the outer side of the discharge pipe (4); a barrier net (6) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the extension pipe (5); a dust fall box (7) is slidably connected to the outer side of the barrier net (6); a support seat (8) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the dust fall box (7). Dust-carrying air enters an input end of the cyclone dust collector (3), and dust is output from a discharge end at the bottom of the cyclone dust collector (3); the dust fall box (7) is filled with water; the extension pipe (5) is rotated on the discharge pipe (4); the extension pipe (5) drives the barrier net (6) to move downward; the extension pipe (5) is inserted into the dust fall box (7) and then the extension pipe (5) is inserted into water; the dust enters the dust fall box (7) to contact water for a dust fall operation, thus reducing dust during dust discharging by the apparatus, improving a discharging effect, and facilitating dust collection.
