Disclosed are a cyclone separation assembly and a vacuum cleaner (100). The cyclone separation assembly comprises: a cyclone (20), a cyclone cover (30) and a first filter member (40). The cyclone cover (30) is arranged at one end of the cyclone (20) so as to shield an opening (210). The cyclone cover (30) is provided with a mounting cavity (310), and the first filter member (40) is located in the mounting cavity (310).
