Title:
CYCLOOCTIN DERIVATIVE AND SALT THEREOF, ENRICHMENT METHOD AND DETECTION METHOD OF TARGET MOLECULES USING THIS, AND ENRICHMENT OR DETECTION KIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/092301
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This cyclooctin derivative and salt thereof are represented in formula (1). (In the formula, X represents -CHR6-, -NR7- or -O-; L represents a linker group; in the case of not being a linker group, R1-R7 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkyl group, a halogen, a hydroxy group, and oxo group, a cyano group or an amino group; in the C1-C3 alkyl groups, one or more hydrogen atoms may be substituted by a halogen, a hydroxy group, a cyano group or an amino group; in L, two groups selected from R1-R6, or two groups selected from R1-R5 and R7 may be substituted to form a ring structure). Further, an enrichment method and detection method of target molecules using the cyclooctin derivative or a salt thereof, and an enrichment or detection kit are provided.
